Our room at the hotel was smaller than average size, which was not a problem for our three-night stay. It was very nicely decorated and had a romantic and comfortable atmosphere. The location was perfect, situated in the center of the old town on a quiet side street. We were able to easily explore the famous museums, shopping centers, and the old town itself. The staff at the hotel, including the restaurant staff, were brilliant and provided top-notch customer service. The breakfast served at the hotel was good and the timings were convenient. Despite the minor inconvenience of the walls not being soundproof, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely hotel.

There was a disappointing aspect of the hotel. The view from the room was not ideal, as it faced an internal area of the hotel.
